With basketball trainings and games, dance nights and before-school activities, our home needed something everyone could see. OTTHON began as something my husband Trent made for us - and when I shared it, families asked for their own.
OTTHON is a Hungarian word meaning home, not just a place, but a sense of grounding, safety and belonging - a word chosen in honour of my beautiful late father Tibor, who arrived in Australia as a refugee with no money and a tennis racquet he loved so deeply.

Refunds & Returns Policy
At OTTHON, each board is intentionally designed to become a lasting part of your home — supporting families with clarity, routine and organisation every day.
Due to the size, nature and logistics involved in producing and shipping our boards, we ask customers to carefully review product details before completing their purchase.
All Sales Are Final — Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind.
This includes situations where:
The incorrect size, colour way or quantity has been selected.
The product does not suit your space or personal preference after delivery.
You have simply changed your mind.
The item is no longer required.
We encourage customers to carefully review all sizing information, colour options and product descriptions prior to ordering.

Damaged in Transit
We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your board arrives damaged as a result of shipping or handling during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To lodge a claim, please email:
[YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS]
including:
Your order number
Clear photographs of the damaged item
Photographs of the external packaging and shipping label.
Items must remain unused while the claim is assessed.
Once reviewed, we will arrange either:
A replacement board, or
A refund where replacement is not possible.
Faulty or Defective Products
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
If your board has a manufacturing fault or defect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receiving your order.
We may request photographs or additional information to assess the concern.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will provide a remedy consistent with Australian Consumer Law, which may include:
Repair
Replacement
Refund.
Order Accuracy & Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate at checkout.
OTTHON is not responsible for delays, redelivery costs or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at the time of purchase.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless an item is confirmed as faulty or damaged during transit.
